Can I return an item?

Yes, returns are accepted for full refund on unworn, unwashed clothing if it is returned within 60 days of receiving the item. Items must be postmarked within 55 days of receiving the item for a full refund.
SALE items can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. Sale items may not be returned after 15 days of purchase.

How long before I see my refund?

After our warehouse receives your package it can take up to a week for inspection and the refund to process. If it has been more than 7 days from receipt in our warehouse and you haven't received a refund, please reach out to us at sales@thebubblelifestyle.com

Are returns free?

Yes, please contact us at sales@thebubblelifestyle.com for a return label within the domestic United States.  We apologize that return labels for international shipments cannot be provided at this time.

Can I return monogram items?

No we cannot take back any personalized items.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes if you are exchanging for a different size. We cannot exchange for different styles/colors at this time. We recommend purchasing the other item and then returning the other one for a refund.

Can I ship multiple returns together?

Yes, but please include name and order numbers associated with each item so that our customer service team can quickly process.

What is my order status?

We process and ship orders Monday - Friday but occasionally this can take longer. Some sale items ship from a secondary warehouse and can take longer for processing. If you are having trouble or have not received a tracking number, please contact us at sales@thebubblelifestyle.com

Can I edit/cancel my order?

Pending the status of your order, we may or may not be able to cancel it. Please contact customer service for help. If we are unable to cancel, we can help you with a return.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We do not and if an order slips through with a P.O. Box, it might be delayed for a longer period in transit.

Can I use more than one discount code?

No, our website only allows one per order.

Can I pre-order a style?

No, we do not accept pre-orders through our website. You can reach out to your local retailer or club to see if they can place a pre-order with us.

The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?

The majority of our colors and patterns will not be restocked. Our classic solids (black, white, and navy) are stocking items and, should these be out of stock, we will most likely be replenishing soon.

Do you provide price matching or adjustments?

We do not provide price matching or adjustments.

I am between sizes, what size do you recommend?

Please visit our size chart here. Styles are true to size but if you prefer a little more room, then size up. We also do free returns if a different size is needed.

Do you offer any discounts for first-time buyers?

We do not have a discount for first-time buyers but we occasionally offer codes through email. Please subscribe to our emails for buyer promotions.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

What if my order is labeled as delivered by the shipping carrier, but I haven't received it?

When a package shows delivered but you can’t find it generally it is one of the following:
  • It has been mistakenly delivered to a neighbor’s house.
  • The shipment was left in an unusual or different spot at your home.
If you don’t have the shipment located within 3 days of when the delivery shows to be completed please contact our customer service at sales@thebubblelifestyle.com
